A major London commercial thoroughfare between St. Paul’s Cathedral and the head office of the Bank of England.

In his 1814 Journal, Johann Conrad Fischer mentions Woodstreet Cheapside as his destination. It is possible that he and Georg Karl Rinck von Wildenberg had their lodgings there.
