Faraday, Michael

22. September 1791 – 25. August 1867

English natural scientist and one of the most important experimental physicists of his day; his discoveries laid the foundation for the development of the electric industry.

Johann Conrad Fischer visited Michael Faraday, who was highly regarded even then, several times while in London, apparently with great pleasure.
